Section 55
Punishment for Offenses Committed Outside the State of Nepal
Notwithstanding anything written in the prevailing law, if a person commits an offense under this Act outside the State of Nepal, if the computer, computer system or computer network system in which such offense is committed is located in Nepal, the person who commits such offense shall be punished by this Act. According to the law, the case can be prosecuted and punished.
